Our client is a digital product design and software engineering consultancy that is committed to helping organizations uncover opportunities and realize them at pace. You are going to work on a project for an international company with an app that has over 40 million active users across the world.

The team consists of 7 people.

As a Configuration Manager, you will oversee the software configuration process for our products. Additionally, there is potential for growth in the role to become a Technical Writer, where you will be responsible for creating technical documentation and user manuals.

• Maintain software configuration management processes and procedures.
• Work with development teams to ensure all software builds are properly configured and documented.
• Maintain configuration management tools and systems.
• Create and maintain documentation related to configuration management.
• Monitor and track changes to software configurations.
• Ensure that all software configurations are tested and validated before release.
• Provide training and support to development teams and stakeholders on configuration management best practices.
• Assist in the creation and maintenance of technical documentation and user manuals.

Must haves:
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in configuration management.
• Knowledge of software and hardware configuration management processes and tools.
• Experience with version control tools such as Git.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong writing and editing skills.
