As a distributor, they provide repair companies with spare parts and accessories, mainly for mobile products such as smartphones and tablets. About the team
The team consists of the CTO, 3 Back-End Developers and Front-End Developer.

Assignment description
We are a dynamic team managing and developing leading e-commerce platforms such as Zandparts, Batteriexperten, and Spares. These platforms serve a wide range of customers, providing spare parts, batteries, accessories, and related products, mainly for mobile products such as smartphones and tablets. You will be responsible for creating user-friendly designs that enhance the customer journey across our e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a strong understanding of user behavior, and experience designing for e-commerce.

Key Responsibilities
– Conduct research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points through interviews, surveys, and analytics
– Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for e-commerce platforms
– Develop and maintain a consistent design language and style guide for all e-commerce platforms
– Improve site navigation, information architecture, and user flows to ensure a seamless shopping experience
– Work closely with developers, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into design solutions

Must haves
– 5+ years of extensive professional UX/UI design experience
– An outstanding portfolio demonstrating the successful delivery of innovative web design solutions
– Experienced visualizing solutions with wireframes, visual designs, journey maps and prototypes
– You possess a good knowledge of design tools such as Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, and Photoshop
– Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar
– Prior experience designing for Nordic markets or e-commerce platforms targeting Nordic audiences
– Good communicator in both verbal and written English

Other requirements
Strong ability to work independently, set priorities, and meet deadlines without constant supervision. A self-starter who is eager to contribute ideas and improve processes.
