About the team
The team consists of 2 data engineers skilled in this field. You will therefore have the best possible conditions when you join this team. The future strategy is for the company to scale up the team with remote developers. The client advocates a way of working that promotes remote work and has a long and solid experience of collaborating with developers from different locations and cultures.

Assignment description
– Build a complete pipeline (ELT) for sales data based on similar transformations done in the current Snowflake/dbt core setup, mainly with SQL (some Python). The pipeline architecture should be the foundation for further pipelines with reusable logic.
– Add the possibility of chatting with the sales model

Must haves
– Experience with Streamlit and Snowflake (hosted outside of Snowflake, in Azure App Services)
– Implemented ELT with stream functionality
– Data modeling – Star schema (SCD2)
– Azure

Other requirements
– Best practices architecture and setup (including security) of Databricks
– RAG model on the Lakehouse
– MLOps
– Setup Databricks (compute cluster etc.)
