Assignment description
Our client is building a modern, web-based HR system designed to help small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) streamline their workforce management. The platform simplifies daily operations for both employers and employees through seamless features for time tracking, scheduling, and payroll management. Now, we’re looking for a key player to join us on our journey forward.

-Develop and enhance system features with a primary focus on PHP (Laravel) and Vue 3.
-Work across the full stack (frontend and backend) in close collaboration with our design team.
-Ensure that design concepts are accurately implemented and optimized for a seamless user experience (UX).
-Operate both independently and collaboratively within an agile team environment.
-Contribute to technical strategy and long-term roadmap planning, including our international expansion.
-Maintain high standards of code quality, with a strong emphasis on precision, structure, and analytical thinking.

We are continuously developing new features, with a significant future focus on AI-driven solutions. Consequently, an interest or experience in AI and data analysis is a major plus.

We utilize Favro for project management, featuring a custom sprint setup to ensure high-priority tasks are addressed efficiently. We value developers who can navigate and contribute to this structured, priority-driven workflow.

The role offers an even 50/50 split between frontend and backend development, allowing you to maintain and grow your expertise across the entire stack.

About the team
You will join a tight-knit team of 4 developers, where autonomous, individual work is a cornerstone of our culture. We value self-sufficiency and the ability to drive tasks to completion independently.

Must haves
What we are looking for:

-Deep proficiency in modern frameworks. This suggests that the person doesn’t just know of them, but knows how to use them effectively.
-Solid experience in PHP development with a strong proficiency in Laravel.
-Someone who thrives in Vue 3 and modern frontend environments.
-An analytical mindset with a sharp eye for detail and a commitment to quality.
-The ability to work autonomously while being a proactive and collaborative team player.
-A keen eye for UX and the ability to seamlessly translate designs into clean, functional code.

-Design: A solid understanding of UX Design principles.
