The team of passionate developers and designers creates durable, intuitive, and sleek solutions inspired by Scandinavian design. Their backend team is growing and needs reinforcement. You’ll contribute to well-known hunting and trail camera applications, becoming part of the best in hunt-tech and dog tracking to help them enhance the hunting experience through advanced technology.

 

About the team

Today the backend team consists of 2 senior developers and one junior developer (student on 50%).

 

Assignment description

As a Senior Backend Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, evolving, and maintaining backend microservices, the backbone of the client’s cutting-edge hunting and outdoor applications. You will work closely with mobile application teams to ensure seamless integration and swift delivery of value to our customers. Your expertise with .Net, containerization, Kubernetes, MongoDB, and GCP will be essential in driving their projects forward.

Key Responsibilities:

– Design, develop, evolve, and maintain backend microservices using .Net.

– Manage backend services in containerized environments with Docker and Kubernetes, focusing on continuous improvement.

– Collaborate closely with our mobile application teams.

– Optimize backend performance and scalability to handle high transaction volumes from IoT devices and client applications.

 

Must haves

– Approximately 9 years of experience in backend development, particularly with .Net.

– Strong expertise in microservices, containerization, and orchestration.

– Extensive experience with GCP.

– Knowledge in MongoDB.

– Experience with CI/CD pipelines and good DevOps practices.

– Familiarity with mobile application development, particularly Flutter, is a plus.
